Limited Warranty

Boos will repair or replace any product that is found to be damaged or defective. This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, abuse, neglect, misuse, alterations, or exposure to extreme conditions. It also does not apply to unfinished wood products. Neither Boos nor Premier Islands will be responsible for any loss, damage, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the products.

Returns

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date. Please note that a 25% restocking fee will apply, as all John Boos products are made-to-order. Additionally, return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Products can only be returned or exchanged if they arrive in damaged condition, and the word "Damaged" must be written on the shipping receipt.
