Warranty

Sarreid Ltd

Sarreid Ltd. warrants all goods for one full year under normal household use. If you experience any defects or quality issues within this period, please notify us immediately with photos and a description of the problem so that we can begin the claim process with Sarreid. Warranty coverage does not apply to misuse, commercial use, or damage caused during shipping. Shipping-related damage or shortages must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, and all packing materials must be retained until the claim is resolved.

ACME

All products include a 60-day manufacturer warranty that covers defects only. This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage that was not reported at delivery. Please keep in mind that visible damage not noted on the delivery receipt will be considered customer responsibility.

John Boos

All John Boos products include a 1-year limited residential warranty. No commercial warranty is provided. If a product is found to be defective within this period, John Boos will repair or replace it. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, alterations, exposure to extreme conditions, or unfinished wood products. Neither John Boos nor PremierIslands will be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Sunny Designs

Sunny Designs products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations. Neither Sunny Designs nor PremierIslands is responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Furniture Classics

Furniture Classics offers a limited 1-year residential warranty covering manufacturing defects. Natural variations in wood, reclaimed materials, distress marks, or changes caused by humidity, temperature, or normal aging are not covered, as these are considered part of the authentic character of the product. Warranty claim approvals are at Furniture Classics’ sole discretion. Neither Furniture Classics nor PremierIslands is responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
