Free Shipping and Liftgate

All freight items ship free of charge, with liftgate service included (a $100 value). Liftgate helps unload the item from the truck at your curb. All freight shipments are delivered curbside by default, with liftgate service included at no additional cost to help unload the item from the truck. Unless you decide to add on additional services, customers are responsible for moving and unpacking the items upon delivery.

Exceptions & Special Locations

- Hard-to-Access Addresses: Deliveries must be accessible by a full-size tractor-trailer. Remote areas, narrow streets, long driveways, or other access issues may require alternate arrangements, which are the customer’s responsibility.

- High-Cost Delivery Zones: Certain metropolitan areas (e.g., New York City and surrounding congested ZIP codes) may incur additional surcharges from carriers.

- Non-Contiguous U.S.: Free freight shipping applies only to the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or island destinations require a custom freight quote.

Delivery Appointment & Scheduling

The freight carrier will contact you directly once your order is in transit to schedule a delivery appointment. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.

Inside Garage Delivery & Custom Quotes

If you would like white glove delivery, inside garage delivery, or other special accommodations, contact premierislands111@gmail.com before checkout to receive a custom quote. This allows you to decide if you want to add these services to your order. Please note that Inside Garage Delivery may take a little longer depending on scheduling.

Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card. Once your order is received, we immediately reach out to our suppliers to confirm availability and begin processing.

If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you via email. If the item is available for shipment, we will process the charge and submit the order to the warehouse. Please check the specific company's description below for estimated shipping times, as some items are made-to-order and may require additional lead time.

Order Shipment

Once your order has been confirmed and processed, it will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

If you do not receive tracking information after the estimated processing time listed in the description of each company below, feel free to contact us at premierislands111@gmail.com. Some products are made-to-order, which may affect shipping timelines. Please review each company's timeline below for specific details.

Inspect Upon Delivery / Damages

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please send detailed photos to premierislands111@gmail.com and we will process a claim on your behalf.

- Residential delivery may require liftgate service which is included; additional accommodations such as inside garage delivery available via custom quote.
