Stainless Steel:
Keep stainless steel surfaces clean. Do not allow liquids, food particles, dirt, or other debris to remain on the surface for long periods, as this can lead to staining and promote bacterial growth.

Wood & Butcher Block Tops:

This is a normal characteristic of solid wood and part of its natural beauty. If needed, these checks can be filled with a properly tinted cellulose filler, making them nearly invisible.

- Oil all surfaces of your butcher block with Boos products at least once every 3–4 weeks, depending on use and household conditions.
