Warranty

Sarreid Ltd. warrants all goods for one full year based on normal household use only. This warranty covers manufacturer defects under standard residential conditions. No commercial warranty is offered.

Returns

Returns are accepted for most items up to 30 days from delivery. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Damage Claims

– Claims for shortages or damage must be made within four (4) business days after receipt of shipment.
– If you discover concealed damage or a shortage, retain all cartons and packing materials and contact premierislands111@gmail.com right away.
– Detailed photographs of the damage or defect will be required. 
– Any quality issues with your order must be reported to premierislands111@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery.

Cancellations

Cancellation of orders must be received prior to shipment. Customers refusing a valid delivery will be responsible for round-trip freight, storage fees, and a 25% restocking fee. Special orders may require pre-payment and are non-cancelable.
