Shipping Policy
At Premier Islands, we ship products throughout the United States using trusted parcel carriers and freight delivery services. Depending on the size and weight of the product purchased, orders will ship either through standard ground parcel carriers (such as UPS or FedEx) or through freight carriers for larger furniture items.
Shipping timelines may vary depending on product availability and whether the item is made-to-order. Estimated processing and delivery times for each brand are listed below. Estimated total delivery time (processing + transit) varies by product and brand but is always shown before checkout.

Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email indicating that we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment.
We then confirm product availability with the manufacturer or supplier.
- If the item is available, the order will be processed and submitted for shipment.
- If the item is unavailable or backordered, we will notify you and void the payment authorization.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse.
Shipping Methods
Ground Parcel Shipping
Smaller items are typically shipped via standard ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or similar services.
Parcel shipments are delivered directly to your address and typically arrive within 3–7 business days after leaving the warehouse, depending on location.

Freight Shipping (Large Furniture Items)
Larger furniture items ship via freight carriers due to their size and weight.
All freight shipments include free curbside delivery with liftgate service (a $100 value). Liftgate service allows the carrier to lower the item from the truck to the ground at the delivery location.
Unless additional services are requested, customers are responsible for moving the item inside and unpacking it after delivery.
Freight Shipping Process

Your order is prepared and shipped from the manufacturer's warehouse.

Once the shipment reaches your local freight terminal, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Someone must be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Delivery Inspection & Damages
Please inspect your shipment carefully when it arrives.
For freight shipments, you must inspect the packaging before signing the delivery receipt or Bill of Lading.
If damage is visible:
- Note “Damaged” on the delivery receipt
- Take clear photos
- Contact us immediately
Concealed damage must typically be reported within 5–7 business days depending on the manufacturer.
Please retain all packaging materials until the claim has been resolved.

Additional Delivery Services
Additional delivery options may be available upon request, including:
- Inside garage delivery
- White glove delivery
- Two-person delivery

Exceptions & Special Locations
Certain locations may require additional shipping arrangements.
These may include:
- Remote or rural areas
- Locations inaccessible to full-size freight trucks
- High-cost metropolitan delivery zones (such as New York City)
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or island destinations may require a custom shipping quote.
