Sunny Designs prepares all orders within 24 business hours, making them ready for pickup by our freight partner. Once your order is in transit, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s schedule.

Free shipping is included, and liftgate service ($100 value) is included at no extra cost to help unload your order at curbside. If you would like Inside Garage Delivery, two-man delivery, or other special accommodations, please contact premierislands111@gmail.com before checkout to receive a custom quote. This allows you to decide if you would like to add it to your order.

The freight carrier will contact you directly once the order is in transit to schedule a delivery appointment. A signature is required at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and carefully inspect your shipment before signing the Bill of Lading. If you notice any damage, write “Damaged” on the receipt and take photos immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Warranty

Sunny Designs products include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect, or alterations. Neither Sunny Designs nor PremierIslands is responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Returns

Sunny Designs products may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Returns of products in good condition will incur a 15% restocking fee, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon arrival. Items returned used, damaged, or without original packaging are not eligible for credit or refund. Any products that arrive damaged must be reported immediately with photos, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
